Do I have to spit out the seeds of grapes?

OK well here is the situation - there are grapes which have seeds and those whom do not. If I am eat the ones with seeds do I have to spitting those seeds out or OK to swallow? What could happen if I swallow the seeds? Could I choke, could I die, or worse? I read somewhere that the seeds do not get digested and stay in the stomach or colon for the rest of your life and afterlife?

I was going to parrot the age-old advice that you should spit them out but then I found this:

P.S. - Your body does digest them, they don't stay in your stomach the rest of your life.

I don't eat grapes with seeds. I think they are disgusting and annoying to keep spitting up. PS... I don't understand Why anyone buys them.

Yes, of course. You’re not supposed to eat the seeds. That’s why I always get the seedless ones.

    No.

They are actually quite good for you, but it's best to chew them a little, otherwise, they tend to give some people wind!

If you swallow the seeds, they'll simply come out the other end in 2-3 days.

No they don't stay in your stomach or intestine forever.

No one does, and we are not all full of old seeds or dead.
