    Yes and no. If it is Spring water, then Yes since water from different parts of the country does taste different. If it is merely Filtered water, it doesn't matter where it comes from, it is all the same.

    yes, but it is mostly not an important one. Distilled water does taste different from water with some dissolved salts, and which dissolved salts are present does affect the taste slightly. I don't like the way some bottled waters taste. I suppose the salt content is simply too different from what I am used to. I say the same thing when I travel, about some potable water supplies. Some are good, some are not so good. What is in the water does matter, even when at pretty low concentrations.

    There's definitely a taste difference. Different brands have different mineral content and flavor from their sources. Sometimes even the type of bottle used will be different since water can pickup some of the taste of cheap plastic bottles. Water bottled in glass is always going to be the best, but at some point you have to ask what subtle differences are you really willing to pay for. Some people will be more sensitive than others.

    Considering that they come from different water sources, yes there is a difference in taste.
