Aight so favorite city all together. So like becoming thane of, buying the house, the look of it, the quests you get from people, etc.
I'd say mine is Riften. Love how it's always rainy and I got an overhaul mod for Honeyside and married Balimund xD

Probably Windhelm. Cool architecture and best player home (but also the steepest requirements to buy) in a city because the custom Hearthfire homes are all outside. Only downside is the snow.
Falkreath and Morthal are cool too

solitude is super cozy because you can see it far away and its visually stunning with a lake running under it.
