How do Cons square claiming Trump s child separation camps are all Dems fault but also that it s good policy and he should keep doing it?

Nothing wrong with child separation camps. American citizens are not allowed to stay with their families when they are imprisoned. Parents of illegal minors have committed a felony since liberals insist that the immigration trek is dangerous - that is child endangerment. This whole episode of people dragging their children across the border is because it was circulated that adults with children would have a much easier time staying in America. Now there are people dragging kids across the border and they aren't even their own kids!

They do not even try to square it. Trump knows his followers just go along with everything he says, the simpler the sound bite the better, totally regardless of whether it makes any sense, or not.

So he and he alone can change the child separation policy, but he doesn't want to, even though he knows it is unpopular. There is no law that says the children must be separated from their parents. Even iff there was, though, Trump has the power to order that it not be enforced. How to reconcile and "square"? Just by continuing to do the evil thing and say that the Dems are doing it. He knows his supporters are too dumb to check it out.
