Why is Yahoo mail freezing up all the time, before OATH it was great.?

Every time I try and write an email, Yahoo freezes up, it takes ages, a box pops up saying wait or exit. This never happened before the stupid OATH took over the site.

    Wrong! It has been happening off and on for many months.

    Seems that their internet capacity sometimes gets over stretched.
