It possibly could, but chances are it didn't. The tests are a lot stronger than you think. If you're concerned it didn't test right, just take another. The dollar store has pregnancy tests (if you're worried about spending money) that work just fine.

No, your urine is already in the test and it is working, it won't affect it, nothing can drip out or spill out. :-)
