Does anyone else just feel defeated by Trump?

At first I tried to protest him and his actions, but nothing happened. It was as if I were invisible to him and his administration. All they saw were the cheering crowds at his rallies, and my voice made no difference, nor did the suffering of other people at his hands. I feel like I imagine an abused spouse feels--when it first starts you protest, but when it continues, then gets worse, you start to give up, and forgetting that there ever was a life when you were free, and human rights were important to the government. You want to escape, but it would mean leaving your home and everyone you loved behind you. Meanwhile, others keep insisting nothing is wrong, that he is a wonderful person, and you even start to doubt yourself--maybe things always were this way.

I'm sure many people do..these people get caught up in things that will only affect them negatively in the future. The media has them supporting things that are now harming us and will harm us forever.

The only thing I feel defeated about is all the corruption that is condoned only due to political leanings.

Stop watching liberal media. They play on your fears, slant the truth and are fake news. Watch Fox News...no, Trump is not perfect, but he is wise to surround himself with experts, and not in the pocket of special interest lobby groups. He is not secretive like OBAMA was, yes, Trump is draining the swamp, increase American's GDP, and trying to create world peace. But the libersls HATE him. The only reason why I think is because they were lining their pockets with kickbacks and now aren't getting any.

I feel empowered by Mr. Trump. It was not a vote wasted, and my 401k is very happy, along with my prospects of an even earlie, or more wealthy retirement.

As long as Pelosi and Pocahontas, and communist Sanders do not get voted back in. You see, Pocahontas and Sanders have put up a measure to "Nationalize" all 401k and Roth IRA accounts, and use the money to refurbish social scecurity accounts and increase welfare supplements to those who do not work.

PS. You will feel much better if you stop watching badly slanted CNN and MSNBC libtard fake media channels.

I think it would be a mistake to take it too personally. As a member of any committee (in this case American voters), you do get a vote, but it's only one and sometimes it's not the majority and that's that. You speak your piece, and sometimes everyone says hey that's right - and other times not, and they go in a different direction. Just how it is.

Think of him as a boss you rarely get to meet, like most big companies, but the company you work for is doing well so you just do your job and get paid.
