Yes I have seen a ghost and I am 100% sure. Last year I was using my Ouija board by myself and got in touch with a spirit called Mrs. Izzard, she was very formal and proper and told me that she had died over a hundred years ago. My little brother Jaque heard me communicating with her and asked why I was, as he called it, "talking to yourself", when I told him he just laughed, said "What a nitwit!" and walked out. I was very upset, crying almost, and I asked Mrs. Izzard to give me some reassurance that she was real. Just for an instant she materialised right there in front of me, I could see her has clear as day, and then just as suddenly she faded and vanished.
