No birth control method is 100% effective. Not even PlanB.
(But why did you have unprotected sex if you didn't want a pregnancy? PlanB is for EMERGENCIES.)

Birth control of any form can fail.
Anytime you have sex, there is some risk of pregnancy.
You took plan B, so the only way you will become pregnant is if plan B fails. It is possible but not likely.

Because yes, "precum" can still get you pregnant. And if you'd already ovulated when you took Plan B, it's too late.
