This idea you've described is bullsh#t. Both women and men are responsible equally in making a relationship happen. If just men do all the work, then what you have is something really one sided and ultimately detrimental to both the woman and the man. Women need to be active as much as men. We are not objects to be gazed at; we make decisions, we engage the guy in conversations, and we organize activities, just as much as men. I always have, as have all my female friends.
