All my real friends don't talk to me, only online ones?

This whole none of my friends have hit me up. I don't understand why we hang out so much at school and I talked other them about how I would like to hang out with them in the summer but they just hang out with other people and I just end up texting people at home. I don't know how to make new friends besides the people I already know. It just seems hard because most people don't really want to be friends like that and if I do with just talk they never seem to want to hang out with me or become close friends. I try so much and it never works I talk alot and I've talked less now because I'd be an interested person but that doesn't make a difference. People just don't like me it seems.
