Was I catfished?
I have a friend I text online only. Turns out they are a compleatly diffrent person from a diffrent country then they said they were. I was close with them but now do not know what to do?

You almost certainly were catfished and you should cut all communication now. If you keep going they'll start asking for money and you'll be really hurt. It isn't worth it.
