Aye, I'd say that categorization is quite accurate, with the exception of one or two changes I might make. Perhaps you would like to add Shakhtar Donetsk and Zenit St Petersberg to teams capable of winning the Europa League and to be honest. For example, I think Shakhtar Donetsk have outperformed Arsenal in the Champions League over the past few seasons.
