    Remember all those SADMOB rules for formula transposition?

    F= m v^2/r

    step 1 multiply both sides by r

    F * r = mv^2

    step 2 divide both sides by m

    F*r/m = v^2

    Step 3 apply the inverse function ie take the square root of both sides.

    v = sqrt( F * r / m)

    Step 4 substitute values.

    v = sqrt( 350 * 15/75)

    step 5 evaluate.

    v ~= 8.4 m/s

    ...

    the tension is equal to centripetal force

    Ft = m v^2 / r

    350 N = 75 kg V^2 / 15 m

    v^2 = 70

    v = 8.367 m/s or about 8.4 m/s
