Did YouTube get rid of the notifications where you can see replies to your comments on videos that aren't yours? I've replied to all my comments and not a single one of them has responded so it's kind of weird. at least one of them would've responded by now. It's like the notification isn't showing up on their end either.

They seemed to change the default. I had to go into Settings>Notifications>Comments & Activity and add a checkmark to "Replies to my comments". Click on your profile pic in the upper right to get to Settings.
