    You're not looking for complementary base pairing, because you have been given the NON-TRANSCRIBED STRAND.

    You're looking for a copy but with U where the T were.

    Right off the bat, you can eliminate choice D because it has T in it.

    Look at the end of the sequence, which is -TTAT-3'

    You're looking for something that ends with -UUAU-3' (followed by the poly-A tail)

    That eliminates choice B which is the wrong way around.

    That eliminates choice A which has a C in there.

    That eliminates choice E which ends with -GUAU-3'

    What you have left is choice C, by elimination.

    I'll let you double-check whether that's a good answer.
