Do deaf people in all countries use the same sign language? What about a person in an African village that has no contact with other?

people from other countries is born deaf or end up deaf later in childhood. Would they use signal language?

    No they don't. There are many (around 300) sign languages, also in Africa. The chances are that they won't understand each other. Certain sign languages are also used among the non-deaf.

    There are different sign languages in use around the world. Different spoken languages have different sign languages and there are different signs in English. For instance North America uses ASL, American Sign Language, Australia uses Auslan, the UK uses BSL, British Sign Language.

    No, they don't all use the same sign language, even if the spoken language is the same.

    A deaf person in an isolated village would probably learn a basic gestural sign language, but it wouldn't resemble a structured sign language any more than you pointing and waving does.

    The deaf person in Africa will have to be taught the universal sign language.
