Has there ever been a disease a man could have which would reflect a negative result in paternity testing?

I’m just wondering if anything like hidradenitis suppurativa could affect a DNA test resulting in the man being told that he isn’t the father when he in fact could be? I’ve done a lot of research of diseases before asking but couldn’t find anything really. Most google searches just pull up information about obtaining a DNA test.

The is a very very rare condition that could result in a false negative. Chimerism happens to less than one in ten million, probably a lot less.
