Weight can be completely irrelevant. You could be 210 but super healthy with a higher bone density and muscle mass just from eating right and being moderately active. You could be 160 and have the exact same lifestyle as above. You could be 110 and eat McDonald's every day and smoke and drink. Weight doesn't always define one's health.
