If you need sleeping pills see a doctor.

If you're having chronic period of isnomia I recommend seeing a doctor about it. You may not need a sleeping pill as your lack of sleep could be caused by caffeine or a hormonal in balance. But I recommend Mirtazapine as a perscription drug, knocks me out about thirty minutes after taking it. Also try a metatonin supplement.

If you need a sleeping pill, don't mess with that OTC stuff; ask your doctor to prescribe something for you. My doctor prescribed Ambien. It worked great, with no "hung-over" effect in the morning.
