Girls, to you, what is the difference between a creepy guy and a guy you want to be friends with?
I joined a singles club recently and last night was my second meeting. I struck up conversation with one of the younger-looking girls and we had a few things in common like we went to the same school, have math-related careers, and like traveling. By the end of the night, she was playfully elbowing me when we were sharing jokes and experiences. She was 31, I am 30, and she was gorgeous, and I like to think I am good looking enough to get a cute girl. We both came to the event alone. So, what is it that girls distinguish between a creepy guy and a non-creepy guy?

Dude it literally is based on how attractive he is. That’s the whole secret.
If Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt said something sexual to a girl, and then an ugly guy said the same sexual thing to the girl, 8/10 girls would say Brad/Tom were sexy and dreamy confident funny and charming... and 8/10 would say the ugly guy was “creepy, weird, so forward, antisocial” etc...
That’s just how it works

Firstly, at 30 seems like you could say "women" rather than girls as that can be construed as creepy.
Secondly, a creepy guy would make inappropriate remarks too soon, get physically invasive, and/or making sexual remarks when he shouldn't...and never get the message that he's being inappropriate.
A non-creepy guy would joke and banter, and ask for a phone number or a date, without being inappropriate and crude about it.
