Only when it is misunderstood, as in pagans thinking that God was keeping something good from people when the fruit was in fact deception.

Probably through great misunderstanding of what was said,

Eve erred and forgiven;Adam sinned KNOWINGLY.

Often what is left out is key.

It's not a myth. Jesus is the New Adam and the Virgin Mary is the New Eve. They restored man's and woman's dignity, respectively, by their perfect obedience to the Divine Will. Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden lost man's and woman's dignity, respectively, by committing Original Sin.

So you think women do not have periods and pain in childbirth?

Because the account presents Eve as the first to eat the fruit, that's been used as a means to "blame" women for Original Sin. That is, however, an abuse of scripture. Remember that Adam was *right there* next to Eve when all of this was happening - yet he silently went along with it, despite knowing better.

Adam and Eve share equally in Original Sin though an unfortunate number of people want you to believe otherwise.

Because it says Eve ate the fruit first, women are therefore responsible for EVERYTHING that goes wrong in the world.

Girl, Adam and Eve were sent forth from the garden of Eden, even if the place was on earth, but was amended by God!

The disobedience of Eva and finds very expensive, because God said: Genesis 3: 16. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy pain and sorrow of your pregnancy; in pain thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

17 Adam he said: "Because thou hast hearkened to the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the fruit from'shaft about which I I commanded not to eat, Cursed is the ground because of you; may eat the fruit with wheezing, all the days of thy life.

Then follows the curse on earth!

Therefore, the damage of the eden remains immutable, also because, physical death has passed on all humanity.

God has granted salvation through Jesus Christ, so that He may believe He is saved in His paradise!

That is the christian way to blame women for all their own shortcomings and troubles. They must insure that women never gain any power over them, so they blame them for everything that ever went wrong...ever.

A truly christian concept of blaming the victim for the crime perpetrated against them.
