Has anyone else gone through a pregnancy with injured keen. And also gone through PT for it while pregnant. Can you share your experience?
Have knee injury that cause stiffness and lost of some of the range of motion in right knee. I am in PT for it but also just found out am three weeks pregnant. so excited been wanting a baby for so long but scared how I'm going to get through it with my keen like this and wondering if PT is safe while pregnant. does anyone have experience with this kind of situation

Mostly PT for a knee injury should be fine while pregnant. They aren't going to be doing anything too crazy to you that would interfere with a fetus. But let your therapist know so that if they *are* doing anything contraindicated for pregnant ladies, they can stop.
