Is this considered fat?

I m 5 9 in height and I weight 135 pounds. My pants size is a 4 (27 inch waist), and I m a size small, sometimes medium , in tops (a 2-4). I wear 34C bras. My BMI is 19.9 which is considered average, but I kind of want to be a little bit underweight, just to be safe. I don t want to be average.

My stomach isn t technically "bloated" but it s a little puffy. I want a flat stomach or slight abs like Dua Lipa. But I feel like my stomach is fat.

By the way, I m 15 years old, so I can imagine I ll only get bigger. Am I fat? Also, I go to the gym and work out for a little bit (treadmill speed walking for 45 min and some leg exercises for 10 minutes. I try ab workouts but they re terribly painful.) What do you guys recommend? Also (if you re into girls) what size do you like in a girl?

No sarcastic answers guys. I want honest opinions here, I really want to know. Obviously I don't think I'm huge or "overweight" but I feel fat and unfit. Just not ideal. I feel like I have fat in comparison to other really fit slim girls my age.

    Dear God how ignorant are you if you do not know that you are not fat? Better work on education and spend less time obsessing over letting everyone know you are FAT>

    Soooo can you teach me how to grow tall like you 😭 and trust me you are not fat. If anything you are tall and the average weight, I’m pretty sure if you were to put your weight and height into the BMI test, you’ll pass it with average because you are NOT fat.

    Too skinny IMO. 155lbs would be ab average weight for 5ft 9 if you are a boy. I am 5ft 8 with 220lbs boy BTW.

    I weigh about the same as you and I'm a few inches shorter and would consider myself fit/thinner. You sound very thin to me

    You may feel overweight because you don’t do regular exercise. Just because you are a size 4 dosen’t mean you are healthy. You could be overfat (different to overweight) which means that you have too much fat in ratio to bone and muscle. If I were you I would join a excercise club such as a swimming club and join a fitness squad (they won’t be scarily fast as your all there for the same reason, to get fit. Don’t put yourself down. It can be dangerous and consider the effects on other people if you are depressed. Your friends will love you for your self confident side, not the over concious on.

    Being underweight isn't safe. 19.9 is already very low in the range of what is healthy.

    You are normal weight; in fact on the lower side of normal for your height. If you are wearing a small, you ARE small. Your BMI is normal.

    Believe me, you DON'T want to be a 'little underweight' because it's very unhealthy and often leads to be a LOT underweight and seriously ill.

    If you have weight concerns ask a DOCTOR. You are still a kid and shouldn't be going on ANY diets without adult supervision, because it's clear, like most kids (not your fault you just don;'t have the maturity yet)you haven't got a clue as to what is correct or how you could mess up your whole body.

    And please, I mean this kindly...but firmly--stop worrying about what size some boy thinks is right. He won't have to live with any lifelong health damage you might bring on yourself.
