In the history of this world I can imagine that's happened before, there's always been some people who can't control their emotions and don't care about going to jail, there's always been people like that who have existed hasn't there

I hacked into my boss facebook and post his personal pictures on instagram twitter and some porn sites he deserve it

I'm sure it's happened, but by doing so, the employee would just be demonstrating that firing him was the right decision.
Anyone who would resort to violence over something like that is an unreliable, potentially dangerous person and no employer wants someone like that working for him.

Hmmmm.....
I'm sure it happens. One of my friends got fired from his job.
His boss took him into a room and gave him a sealed envelop and told him to wait until he got home until he opened it. When my friend started opening it right away the boss ran out of the room.
