we are told every day to recycle recycle recycle . but the industry is still aloud to make products that are not recyclable. get on the industry back and push them to make it right, so I can recycle

Yes. Production of all plastics, including drinking straw, makes a small contribution to global warming. Someone, somewhere in the world, got a sunburn or other injury today that would not have happened if the weather had been a little cooler, because they would have worn more clothing..

The main victims of straws are marine life forms, such as turtles. Yet liberals have no problem with the hypodermic needles used by junkies lying around.

You're an idiot. They are very dangerous, especially to wildlife. Educate yourself. Paper straws are not dangerous and will biodegrade.

plastic-straw violence is still pretty new, so the medical experts have yet to make a 'straw-related violence' medical coding-number, so you have to actually ASK the emergency room staff about them, you just can't look those stats up on line yet.
