How do I get over my fear of fat?
I constantly avoid fat on food and in body weight. If there's alot of fat on a piece of bacon, I'd eat around it. I can't stand having any kind of body fat and fear it on my body. Anytime I look in the mirror and think I look fat, I'd do almost anything to avoid being that weight or gaining more. I find it difficult to be attracted to anyone overweight or with more fat than I have.
It's actually started affecting my relationships and I hate it.
any ideas on how I'd go about fixing it?

So what do you eat? Bread? Rice? Pasta? High carb foods which turn to glucose in your body and gets stored as human fat ?
Animal fat and natural fats like coconut oil, olive oil and avocado oil is good for a person, and our brains and other organs thrive on fat and cholesterol. People who have health problems from food are those people who eat wheat and grain based products, use sugars, drink milk and don't eat enough heathy fats, colorful vegetables and proteins.
Fat DOES NOT make you fat.. high carb foods do.

It's anorexia and you need some professional help with it. Talk to your doctor, or google eating disorder treatment in your area.
