Sorry, but you can't. Studios only develop in-house, they do not accept unsolicited ideas or material. Also, trust me, studios don't need random people giving them ideas.

What you don't seem to understand is that this is a BUSINESS and a real job, we're not talking about a service for anyone and everyone to use. Just like you wouldn't walk into a courtroom and give the attorneys advice on how to win the case. You need to be in the system at the very least, and even then working for a big studio like Disney is not something that's easily achieved.
