Hydroxyzine 25 mg and Spironolactone 50 mg COMBINED WITH ALCOHOL HELPPPPP!!!?
So I was rescribed Spirnolactone form my hormonal acne (I am only on 50 mg once a day) and also Hydroxyzine for my itchy eczema spots (I only take 25 mg once a day). I read online that Hydroxyzine SHOULD NOT be mixed with alcohol bc it can lead to overdose, death, coma, nausea, and vomiting. It also said Spirnolactone should be avoided with alcohol too. I have been drinking on occasion while on these low dosages and I have noticed I throw u a lot easier than normal. AM I BEING DUMB? AM I SFE TO DRINK I AM SO CONFUSED HELP I DONT WANT TO NOT DRINK BUT. I NEED MY MEDS

Taking your medicine and drinking will not be poisonous, but you do need to monitor how you are feeling. Hydroxyzine and alcohol together can increase sedation, and "drunk" symptoms. It can make you dizzy more easily, and as you said, you are throwing up more easily.
I would try to limit your drinking, or ask your doctor about other options for eczema. If you continue this regimen there is a risk of over sedation with the hydroxyzine and alcohol, so be careful and make your decisions according to what is best for you.
