Why is god known as a father and not a mother?

Earth life is patterned after the eternities and family is the order of Heaven. We are literally the spirit children of God and He is our Father. This fallen earth life is designed by a loving Father in Heaven to help us gain His attributes and become like Him.

"Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device." Acts 17:29

"The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God" Romans 8:16

"Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? ...When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?" Job 38:4,7

Well, it makes sense. After all, he was made by men.

The Holy Books says, Woman (Lilith) was the first woman on Earth.

Lilith was supposed to Serve Adam and be His companion.

But Lilith ran to the mountains and refused to serve as god intended.

So God made Eve, as Mans Servant and entertainment to please him...

Ergo, Women are inferior and are not to be considered, so says the Catholic religion. The Pope is god's man on Earth. Even the story of Lilith is suppressed by the Church.

You have to suspend logic to believe that there's a god to begin with, let alone that he's male.

That is not true. "The Father" makes reference to 'God, The Creator'. We make reference to God in the feminine as "Mother Nature", the 'Nurturer of Life'. The omnipresence of God is not limited to a 'this' and 'that', 'here' and 'there', or 'now' and 'then'.

Why are you introducing sexual discrimination?

Why do you not read the bible?!

God the father - THE ONLY GOD!!!!!!!

The SON OF GOD - JESUS and NOT god.

The Bible was written by men who thought they were superior to women.

The authors wrote stories about a male god.

He defined himself as father.
