Why is music only coming out of one ear bud?

Have a pair of ear buds. Relatively new. All of a sudden today, music has started to only come out of the right bud. Tried turning it, didn't do anything. Tried different devices and it stayed the same. What's happened and how can I fix it?

it sounds like the wire going to the earbud has broken, that sort of thing is really common with earbuds as the wire is so thin.

sorry but it cant be fixed - you will need to buy new ones - generally more expensive earbuds will last longer than the cheaper ones, but taking care of them and not swinging them around or scrunching them up to fit in your pocket will make them last longer because the thin wires are easily snapped

One of the wires is broken. Find the break and solder it.
