What movie is this? Saw a funny scene now I want to see the full movie?

I saw a hilarious scene in a movie on TV the other day and I want to find the movie but idk what movie it was. So these two guys were having breakfast at a restaurant. I know one of the guys was Robin Williams, idk about the other guy. And the other guy kept putting his pinky up when he drank and Williams kept going “put your pinky down!” Then Williams was trying to show the other guy how to put jelly on toast and of course being Robin Williams he did funny voices and faces and he kept talking about how important it was to “smear” the jelly cuz “Men smear!” The other guy was struggling to put the jelly on the toast and while he was holding the knife he put his pinky up again and Robin Williams was like “PUT YOUR GOD DAMN PINKY DOWN!!!” Anyone seen this movie or know what it is?
