How can I remove stains from my underwear?

I have tried washing them in hot water using Oxyclean and laundry detergent but that hasn't really worked that well.

    Use sanitary pads so ur female underwear does not get So dirty in 1st place

    Spray & Wash or homemade laundry soap.

    buy some Shout, and spray Shout on the stains and then wash

    Justin Bieber only wears his underwear one time before throwing them away. Take his garbage & get 7 pairs every week. A month later you'll have so much underwear, you could just throw away the ones you sh*t in.
