Dutch is much easier than German..It is not as useful.Dutch grammar is much easier and many Dutch words are or almost the same in English.

    Esperanto (Toki Pona doesn't count)

Next in line (taking only 4 times as long to learn) are Dutch, Frisian, Afrikaans, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Catalan.

German is a little more challenging than those, but has a hundred million users in Europe

It depends on your ability to grasp language.

Personally, I find German an easy language to learn, but other find Dutch or Swedish easy

None of those. They are Germanic languages and not Anglican.

probably Dutch. It's closer to English. But then there are fewer Dutch speakers than German speakers. In regard to audience, you will find German most useful. However if you plan to move to Sweden, then Swedish will be most useful
