According to the Centers for Disease Control, in 2014, 81% of males between the ages of 14 and 59 are circumcised. They are certainly not all Jewish. Only the ultra-Orthodox perform such rituals and they make up about 10% of Jews in the United States.

Circumcisions are performed with a knife. There is some bloodletting ritual in the Jewish tradition but not generally.

mostly the Ultra Orthodox
Under Jewish law, a mohel must draw blood from the circumcision wound. Most mohels do it by hand with a suction device, but some Orthodox groups use their mouth to draw blood after cutting the foreskin.
