How to work faster through pain?
I am a cart collector at a supermarket and was just called in to my bosses office yesterday and was told I was working too slow but the thing during my job I walk 10-15 miles a day which causes my feet, knees, and back to be in a lot of pain and it really slows me down. What can I do to work faster through my pain? I have tried everything over the counter for my pain and nothing is working. I went to the doctor and because there is no injuries they just tell me to take advil or aleve.

Yes, do that!
Do not look for a reason, that would be stupid would it not?
I'm crippled now.
Find the problem now, fix it now!

it might be your shoes. get better ones, with more support. You would be amazed at how much difference that can make.

Take in between breaks and elevate your legs.
When you sleep, lie parallel to the bed, so that your spine will not worsen.

1) Get a better job. If your boss expects wonderful performance for $10.50 an hour tell him to screw off.
2) Exercise your abs and back.
3) Get inserts especially if you have an orthopedic problem.

If you can't get or do some thing to manage the pain then all you can do is try to ignore it and focus on your job.
If you can get a doctors note that allows you to take breaks every few hours to let you rest for a bit.
Talk to a foot doctor and see if you need custom orthodics. That might help alleviate some of the pain. Also see a chiropractor if your back is in pain or get some physio therapy, and or some therapeutic massages going too.
I work 9 hrs a day on my feet in safety shoes in a 80 thousand square foot ware house. I've had issues with my feet (i have custom orthodics and custom safety shoes), now I have issues with shoulder spasms which I'm trying acupuncture to help alleviate the pain.

Green tea. The first time you get some, have three mugs of strong green tea in one hour. After this, green tea becomes one of the best middle-strength pain-killers that humanity has access to. When in pain, just have a cup of green tea. If you have arthritis, you absolutely must stop drinking red tea (as I call it) or green tea doesn't work, It does take three months to get red tea out of your system!

I think its your shoes. Ill fitting, poor support will cause the exact symptoms you describe. Buy the best shoes you can afford. Change the insoles, buy good ones, every 2-3 months.
After work soak you feet in warm water with rosemary in it.
