Spiritually speaking, is it true that (THEY) have been expelled from 109 cities/states?

Religious tolerance was not a well-developed concept in pre-18th Century Europe - people could be imprisoned, tortured or killed just for practising the wrong kind of Christianity. The obvious reason why Jews, in particular, were expelled from all these countries, is because in most of these places they were the only non-Christian minority to speak of. The Hindus, Buddhists, Taoists, Zoroastrians, Sikhs and Jains were not expelled because they never had a large diaspora population living in Europe in the first place.

it's the schools faults because they failed to punish the child like in detentions and get that child medications.

If it were 108 schools then I would say it's the school's fault, but 109 it's gotta be the kid's fault.

Well, no one really has prejudice against children.
