Nope because I don't care what anyone thinks of me. I'm gonna tell you this. Take pictures of everyone in your life you care about because it can all go in a split second. These will be memories you won't get a second chance to record. Post away.

No, you should have communicated with him better.
I promise you, posting pictures or not doing so doesn't make a relationship- but it does make trouble once you break up and those pictures are still floating around. You have nothing to regret when it comes to not posting them.
