Your opinion about why he came back for?
This is my story: my ex had ghosted me, well he said he needed some "time" then he didn't talk to me anymore. I realized on fb that he was with another woman, he looked very happy in the pictures. I was so heartbroken and became really depressed but I slowly started to forget about it. But then he decided to appear again, he begged me to come back that he wanted to come live with me. I told him no but he would call me again. I still loved him so I decided to give him that last chance just to realize he was still talking to that woman telling her he loved her so why did he want to come here so bad?

It sounds like for a while the other woman lost interest in him, and he was just desperate for someone, anyone, and he knew that you would likely take him back. He sounds very manipulative. I would avoid him in the future.
