How do you grill chees?

We’re having a dignitary dinner tonight and the main dish is grilled cheese. I put the cheese on the grill and it melted and it won’t come off the grill

After the cheese melts on the grill, let it sit even longer until it starts to burn and form a crust at the bottom, then you should be able to lift it off the grill (assuming you oiled it before hand--essentially what John meant about frying it)

You can grill Halloumi cheese, it comes from Greece or Cyprus

Well, usually, you put something under it, like toast. But there is a melted cheese dip called Raclette. and of course fondue. Cooking it onthe grill may be possible, but I never have seen it.

Now stuff your nuts onto the grill, and close the lid.

Love it, but it's not the healthiest

You did it right, now have your guests lick the cheese off the hot grill. Thanks for listening.

did you take the plastic wrapper off? If you leave it on the cheese will stay intact and not melt onto the grill.

Kidding aside it is easier to fry cheese. Either use a fry pan, griddle or if you need to use the grill place a pan on the grill.

Use a brillo pad and bleach then scrub. Rinse with water then keep it open to let it air dry.

You fry it or there are American versions. But for a "dignitary dinner" you knew that:
