Neighbour keeps getting angry with me?

Sometimes at night when i cant sleep i get really angry and scream in a hysterical rage at the top of my voice, i occassionally s ash large piles of crockery, shashed up my washing machine once, neighbour wont stop banging on my door and shouting at me, how do i make him stop?

    You need to take a long walk into the remote countryside before you start all that screaming. Then the walk will tire you too & you'll sleep better.

    He should call the cops on you and have you taken away for mental evaluation.
