I'm a 17 year old boy and I have a crush on my 21 year old friend. Is that normal?

Keep in mind that I turn 18 in a couple of months. Anyways, a coworker of mine is 21 years old and after hanging out with her for a while, I have come to realize that I have fallen for her. She's really short, so when I first met her I just assumed she was 18 or 19 and didn't ask for her age. It wasn't until recently that I overheard her talking to another coworker that she's actually 21. Would it be weird to see her as something other than just a friend? I'm so confused because I feel like the age difference between us is too big.

Personally I dont think it's weird because you are both technically adults at this point and if you really like her nothing should stop you

At this point, until you are 18, there's not much you can do but wait. Now the other issue is how she feels. If you both like each other, wait till you are 18 to start that kind of a relationship with each other. You do not want any issues with statutory rape or any other issues with this relationship. It looks like you guys are 3years and however many months apart you are. If you were in highschool you would be a freshman and she would be a senior. It is not extremely weird for teens to date in that type of setting. So the age difference is not that huge there.

However if you feel like it is, then you CERTAINLY don't have to pursue this type of a relationship.
