Low frequency sounds between 20-40 hertz are not audible to most people, but they can make our internal organs vibrate because they are close to the natural frequency of those organs. It is called simple harmonic motion or resonance in physics. Since the human body is not one solid piece of the same density, different parts of the body may have different natural frequencies. Therefore the human body does not have a single natural frequency. We can feel the vibrations in parts of our body but our entire body is unlikely to vibrate like a tuning fork because of sound waves.
