How old were you when you got off drugs?

I was never on drugs in the first place

I never got into drugs. Or alcohol. I met a guy, when I was a young teen, who had the mentality of an 8 year old. I was told he mixed drugs, PCP and Cocaine I think, and it put him into a coma...then when he came out, he was retarded, his brain was fried. It scared me! Plus, as a young teen, there was a major car accident after Homecoming, a group of kids were drinking and blew thru a stop sign at high speed, all of them were killed, like 7 or 8 of them. That scared me, too. So I never touched drugs, and if I drank, it was only a little bit. Now that I'm older, alcohol kinda upsets my tummy, and even if marajuana becomes legal, I don't think I would try it. Yes, being sober is wonderful.

I never regularly used drugs. The few I ever tried were not really a big deal (speed, X, pot). Never had the desire to consume/use anything like that regularly. It's just not for me.

40, drug free for 15 years.
