Heart PVCs are back!? Help please?

So I have been having PVCs for a while and started taking Verapamil, a calcium blocker which controlled the PVCs. I take 200 mg and usually the PVCs come and go but don’t go away completely. So one night of drinking I come home and eat Oreos and drink almond milk. About 30 min later the PVCs are back. They are coming way more than they use to. What cause this hurts of PVCs to come back randomly? They have not gone away since they came back. It’s frustrating cause they never use to be this way now they just come back. Any ideas to what it could be? I know my cardiologist may recommend taking 300 mg of verapamil now. But still just frustrated.

Why not go to a cardiologist and have them take care of you? Probably safer than listening to strangers here
