    Yes, I think the low 600s assuming your income and time on job is enough. That's for government backed loans only.

    Somewhere in the 600 but you can't have any delinquencies, collections, late payments, or charged off accounts on your credit report.

    A lot of that would also depend on how much you pay up front for the property.
