Miscarriage? PLEASE HELP!! We just need some feedback.😭🙏🏼?

OB-GYN’s comment reads as follows:

Previously seen gestational sac-like structure is now with irregular contour with subchorionic hemorrhage at the inferior pole.

Diagnosis:

Pregnancy uterine 4 weeks and 1 day by Mean Sac Diameter, (rule out pseudogestational sac). Normal both ovaries with a corpus luteum in the left. No adnexal mass seen. Please correlate sonologic findings clinically and with quantitative serum B-hcg. Repeat scan after 3-7 days.

    So gestational sac is something required for an embryo to survive.

    Subchorionic hemorrhage means there is some bleeding within the 'sack'. This could lead to a miscarriage, but not necessarily so.

    So it's saying your pregnancy (according to uterus size) is 4 weeks old.

    'Pseudogestational' refers to 'fake pregnancy' (so they are trying to rule out if it's a cancer or something else).

    Conclusion: risk of miscarriage, need to wait to see if it becomes a miscarriage or not.
