Previously seen gestational sac-like structure is now with irregular contour with subchorionic hemorrhage at the inferior pole.

Diagnosis:

Pregnancy uterine 4 weeks and 1 day by Mean Sac Diameter, (rule out pseudogestational sac). Normal both ovaries with a corpus luteum in the left. No adnexal mass seen. Please correlate sonologic findings clinically and with quantitative serum B-hcg. Repeat scan after 3-7 days.

Why do people keep assuming that Manny Pacquiao only relies on catchweight fights? Of his last 10 fights, he moved up 4 weight classes and took on the best of each of those weight classes. Of the last 10 fights he only had, perhaps, one (with Miguel Cotto at 145 lbs.). DLH was contracted at the full 147 lb. limit. Hatton was at the full 140 lb. limit, Diaz was at the ful 135 lb. limit. Many is the greatest of all time. Floyd will just be the icing on the cake after he beats him.

OBVIOUSLY THE GREATEST FIGHTER EVER TO COME FROM THE EASTERN HEMISPHERE OF THE GLOBE, TWO-TIME FIGHTER OF THE YEAR (ABOUT TO BE), AND A GUY WHO HAD HUMILIATED EACH AND EVERY NOTABLE BOXING CRITIC AT LEAST TWICE.
