    If I were, I'd open a Texas Barbecue Franchise. I'd call it 'Moose Hill Honky-Tonk'. I'd serve craft beer and 'Moose Wings' ( ...Turkey wings with a spicy ranch sauce that i make.)

    Nope. But if I were I would probably start a Jersey Mikes or a Chopt because the lines are ALWAYS out the door at both places around here!
