Picture on computer when it "goes to sleep"?

When i've not used my computer for a couple of minutes it "goes to sleep". When i activate it again, there's a picture, from Adobe, i think, although i couldn't swear to it.

The pictures are not on my computer anywhere.

Does anyone know how i can find them and download them or store them etc.?

If you are using windows 10 then the login wallpapers are downloaded in the background. What is downloaded is determined by windows 10. If you click on the wallpaper sometimes more information and links to the pictures are given

Do you mean a screensaver or the picture displayed on the lock screen?

Either way Google 'wallpapers' and you can choose a new picture from the tens of thousands available to pick from.
